SkillBridge Customer Support Intern

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should be self-motivated, independent, and highly organized. The successful candidate will also have some knowledge of business analytics, key performance indicators, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
This opportunity is available through the Department of War SkillBridge program for eligible active-duty service members. This is an unpaid training opportunity. Participants continue to receive military pay and benefits through the Department of War.
Job Description: In this position, participants will gain hands-on experience supporting customers using the VISION and Mission Cultivate platforms, including managing customer relationships, providing front-line customer support, assisting with onboarding new users, and capturing feedback to inform product improvements. The intern will learn to respond to user inquiries, document customer issues and resolutions, assist with user training sessions and demos, and contribute to the development of customer-facing guides and resources.
Responsibilities
- Learn to partner with our RevOps team on reports, analyses, and presentations about strategy and planning, operational metrics, and product profitability
- Learn to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success in various tasks and projects
- Assist with automation initiatives to improve existing processes within the organization
- Assist in the development of new systems and processes necessary for company scale
- Prepare and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
- Collect and analyze key data points throughout the customer, product, and sales cycle
Requirements
- Familiarity with software development and advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Must be detail and process oriented
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate without direct supervision
- Experience with Zoom, Excel, Canva, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and GSuite preferred
- Familiarity with the defense innovation ecosystem is preferred
